The activities of the United Agrarians Political Party are performed by elected managerial, executive and control bodies in conformance with the Statute.

The organisational structure of United Agrarians comprises local, community and regional organisations.

The supreme managing body of the Union is the Congress, comprising delegates. Congresses are regular or extraordinary.Regular congresses are called biannually – on Archangels Day, and extraordinary congresses can be called by a decision of the Standing Committee, the Executive Council or one third of the regional union councils.

The Congress elects:
- the United Agrarians Chairperson.
- the United Agrarians Standing Committee, comprising 15 persons, including the United Agrarians Chairperson.
- the Chairperson of the Supreme Control and Auditing Council.
- the Supreme Control and Auditing Council.

The Standing Committee, elected pursuant to the UA Statute is a supreme managerial executive body of the Union, the members of which are subject to court registration into the Political Parties Register.

The Standing COmmittee sits at least once monthly.

The Executive Council is an operating executive ody, responsible for the execution of the Congress resolutions. It decides on all issues settled by the Congress, except those, which are explicitly prescribed to the Congress alone by law.

The Executive Council consists of the chairpersons of the unicipalities and regions, the members of the Standing Committee, Members of Parliament, and MEPs, elected from the United Agrarians list, and the Ministers, representing the Union in the government, provided they are United Agrarians Party members, the chairpersons of the Expert Council, the Women's Clubs and the youth organisation, the Editor in Chief of the Union Printed medium, and up to 5 representatives of United Agrarians organisations abroad.

The Executive Council sits at least onece quarterly.

The United Agrarians Chairperson represents the political party before the other natural and legal persons and is registered in that capacity by the Court into the Political Parties Register.

In the absence of the Chairperson, his/her substitude is a Deputy Chairperson nominated by the Party Chairperson.

The Supreme Control and Auditing Council comprises eleven members. The Council elects among its members a Chairperson and a Secretary.

The Expert Council is a body, instituted to the United Agrarians Standing Committee. It develops analyses, forecasts, positions, draft laws and other draft regulatory acts.
